« Une aura en bon état est la meilleure protection. Les bouleversements qui se produisent sur la terre ne peuvent nous atteindre si nous avons une aura pure, lumineuse et puissante, car elle est comme une barrière qui s’oppose aux mauvais courants et aux troubles de toutes sortes.

Entouré d’une telle aura, vous gardez votre amour et votre courage parce que vous vous sentez habité par une lumière intérieure grâce à laquelle vous pouvez aussi aider les autres.

Chaque jour, pensez à former autour de vous un cercle de lumière, et imaginez au centre de ce cercle une source lumineuse qui jaillit sans cesse et dont les ondes bénéfiques se répandent sur vous et autour de vous. »

Aura 1

Les humains ont su perfectionner d’innombrables appareils pour se protéger et se défendre 

dans le plan physique : regardez les coffres,

les verrous, les portes blindés, les alarmes, 

sans parler des armes … 

mais dans le plan spirituel, ils restent pauvres,

démunis, exposés à toutes les agressions.

Et pourtant, des moyens, des armes,

il en existe de toutes sortes.

Tout ce qui a été inventé dans le plan physique 

a son équivalent dans le plan spirituel. 

Les vêtements, par exemple, qui nous protègent

du froid, de la chaleur, des chocs,

des intempéries, des insectes sont,

dans le plan spirituel, représentés par l’aura

qui est l’une des protections les meilleures.

Le véritable vêtement de l’homme, c’est son aura,

avec toutes les couleurs qui représentent

ses qualités et ses vertus. Oui, l’aura est le vêtement

spirituel que vous tissent les vertus,

et particulièrement la pureté et la lumière intérieures.

L’aura a un rôle magique, elle agit sur les forces

du mondes invisible, attirent les entités lumineuses

et repoussent les entités ténébreuses.

Four Realms

The ancient philosophers divided the world into four realms, each realm transcendental in a way beyond those that precede it:

The "silent" realm--earth, rocks, water, air, etc., do not transcend their bounds in any way.

Plants transcend their bounds by growing.

Animals transcend their bounds by traversing space.

And Man, how does he transcend his bounds?

Man reaches outside of himself with words. With dialogue.

Man alone is capable of hearing his own self through the ears of another. Man alone is capable of transcending the very bounds of self.

Hold in your soul the precious image of a flowing spring

"Hold in your soul the precious image of a flowing spring, so that
you never let the source of life within you run dry. In order for
this spring to flow, you must love. Of course, you will say you
do love, and that everyone loves. Yes, but what kind of love is
it? The kind that makes you suffer.
Those who possess the true science of love live in an endlessly
inspired, expansive state; they live in poetry and beauty,
because they have learned to love all human creatures. But they
love them from afar. They know that if they get too close they
will be disappointed, and as they do not want to be disappointed
they keep their distance. That way, they still live in wonder,
whether or not these creatures show themselves to be kind,
generous or faithful. And so, in response to all those who
complain that they have been disappointed in those they loved,
you can say, ‘It’s your own fault; you wanted to get too close,
and obviously what you saw was not so nice: cellars with mould
and cobwebs, swamps, land covered in brambles and thorns… You
were bound to be disappointed.’ So, there you have it – if you
want to still love men and women and find them wonderful, you
have to contemplate them from a little way off."

Le premier mystère est l'homme lui-même. Le second est l'univers, la nature qui l'entoure. L'homme est le monde en petit ; le monde est l'homme en grand. Lorsque l'homme étudie ces mystères alors apparaît le troisième mystère : celui du royaume du Père.

Ego Dieting

Doing good is not about being nice.

You can do nice things all day long for many people, but it could be all just more service of your own self, food for your own ego.

The world was designed so people would need each other, not so you could be nice, but to give you the opportunity to escape the confines of your own self.

When you help those who show gratitude, when you lend a hand to those who are on your side, you are still within the realm of your own ego and self.

Help someone you don't want to help. Help him and learn to want to help him --only because this is the right thing to do.

At first, it may not feel so rewarding. But you have sprung free.

Prenez le soleil pour modéle

C’est une loi, on finit toujours par ressembler
aux êtres et aux choses que l’on aime et admire.
De la même façon, si vous vous habituez à regarder
le soleil en vous émerveillant de sa générosité,
de sa puissance, de toute cette vie qui jaillit,
vous sentez peu à peu des transformations

quelque chose de sa lumière,

Le soleil est une image de la perfection,
et si vous le prenez comme modèle,
c’est là que vous allez vraiment vous transformer.

Avec le soleil, vous avez l’image d’un être rayonnant,
généreux, et vous êtes influencé. Le contact de sa chaleur
et sa lumière ne peut que vous inspirer des sentiments plus
fraternels à l’égard des autres : générosité, bonté, patience.

You are used to taking life as it comes

"You are used to taking life as it comes, never suspecting that

events are a substance you need to prepare, just as you prepare

food by cooking it and adding certain ingredients to it – oil,

vinegar, salt, pepper, and so on. And, in the same way, you do

not eat fish as they are, straight from the sea, or vegetables as

they are, straight from the earth.

So cooking is the art of making all kinds of produce edible,

delicious even, which would otherwise be indigestible or bland if

you did not take care to clean them, cook them and season them.

And it is the same with happiness. Happiness is the result of a

whole process of inner cooking. Life’s good moments do not

present themselves spontaneously, and you do not pick them the

way you pick a ripe fruit from the tree on your way by. You must

learn to work on each situation, particularly on the difficult,

painful ones, adding elements from your spirit and your soul –

elements of divine wisdom and love."
