The first fruit

There is a tale of a man who went to the market to find the perfect piece of fruit. He found an extraordinary fruit at the very first stand he visited. He decided to keep looking, to see what else was available. After perusing the other vendors, he decided on the first fruit he found. Unfortunately, when he went back there, the fruit seller had packed up and gone home.I don’t know where this story comes from, whether it happened or it’s just a parable, but it clearly show us that just because something is easy, doesn’t mean it’s not right. While we do talk about hard work and effort, sometimes that effort is needed in the future. And sometimes the hard work took place in a previous lifetime. It can even come to us through the hard work of our parents, or the generations before us.We can’t always know. Sometimes the easy job IS the right job; the first person we date, is the right person for us. Just because it’s easy, doesn’t mean it’s wrong. This week, keep in mind that the universe does want to give us the best. And sometimes, it is good enough to be true.
